Why? Because the more centered and connected you are, the more ease and flow we get to experience. And the more ease and flow you experience, the more fluid your ideas, the more energy we can give to your dreams and the more space you have to manifest your hearts deepest desires.
I will be honest, when it comes to healthy eating, I’ve been kinda lax for like a year or more. I was so consumed with building my biz and getting my finances in order that I kinda put wellness on the back burner. Don’t ask me why I ever thought that was a good idea?! lol. Trust me I paid for it. My little unhealthy habits resulted in me picking up some weight (which I can live with) and caused me to feel forever tired.
