I created this homemade garlic hummus video for you because I know it’s hard enough trying to workout, drink your water, meet your goals, and keep your edges together. It’s like when it’s all said and done, having to think about yet “another thing” is just tewww much! I get it, I really do.
Praise God, this ‘health stuff’ comes pretty natural to me and I love sharing all about it. Also, I know that when it comes to keeping things in line ‘health wise’, healthy snacks are a key piece of the puzzle. So, I wanted to give you a super easy, ultra delicious option that’s way healthier than store-bought and perfect to have in between meals, for breakfast or hell even as a light dinner.

HOMEMADE GARLIC HUMMUS
1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, half the liquid reserved
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Add garbanzo beans into blender, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic clove, salt, and black pepper in blender. Blend until creamy and enjoy!
